About the Event
Dulverton by Starlight once again will be bringing the festive spirit to Exmoor in 2024 – with shops open, craft market, entertainment and of course the wonderful Fireworks too! The event runs from 2-7pm.
Visitors enjoy the sparkling white lights on the Christmas trees that line the streets of this pretty moorland town. The shops and businesses will be traditionally dressed for the season and many of them will open their doors to welcome people all day for Christmas shopping. The popular Indoor and Outdoor Winter Market will run from 2pm to 7pm selling local crafts, gifts and food. Roaming entertainers will keep all enthralled wherever they are in town with their pop-up performances, juggling, tricks and endless jokes. Santa will be in the Heritage Centre, carols to sing along to by the Christmas tree and the ever popular fireworks silhouette All Saints Church.
Dulverton Town Council has liaised with SW&T Council to ensure that parking in the town’s car parks will be free of charge on the three Saturdays leading up to Christmas – 7th, 14th and 21st December and 1st December for Dulverton by Starlight Sunday too – with Park and Ride from Brushford, Masons Kings and The Anchor Inn in Exebridge on the Sunday.
