Lion Hotel

The Lion is a family run hotel located in the heart of Dulverton. Built in 1822, the hotel was a former coach station, retaining its historic charm in the cosy interior.

We are happy to welcome you to relax at our bar or restaurant. We serve home-cooked food made with seasonal, local produce – why not join us for a nice meal paired with a glass of wine? Or unwind with a local ale or cider.

All 12 hotel rooms (singles, doubles, twins, triples, and a family room) benefit from en-suite bathrooms and we serve a nice full English breakfast to hotel and external guests.

The rooms, restaurant, and bar are dog friendly so don’t forget to bring your best friend along.

We also offer storage facilities for bikes and sporting equipment.
